Once you submit or update licenses, certifications, and registrations (LCRs) in EverCheck Wallet, your license status shows as "Verifying." Status icons indicate submission progress: empty circle (not submitted), green check (verified), verifying (under review), and red X (failed or rejected). Verifications are either automatic by the system within 24-48 hours or reviewed by your employer if photo documentation is uploaded.
Submission Verification
Once you submit new or updates to your licenses, certifications, and registrations (LCRs), your license status will show as "Verifying" in your EverCheck Wallet account.
You may notice icons showing the status of all requirements, including previously submitted licenses.
-
Empty Circle: This license has not yet been submitted.
-
Green Check Mark: Your license satisfies your position requirements and/or license verification requirements.
-
Verifying: This could mean that your license is still in review or needs a manual review.
-
Red X: Your license failed to submit, your license was not found, or an EverCheck Administrator rejected the license. For more information on this, please see this article: Verification Error Next Steps
Types of Verifications
-
Verified by our system: If you submitted only your license number during your upload, this means that EverCheck verifies with the licensing board automatically. For automatically verified credentials, within 24-48 hours of you submitting your license number, you'll see an updated status.
If you submitted only a license number and your submission has been in a verifying status for longer than 72 hours, please reach out to support@evercheckwallet.com, and the EverCheck Wallet Support team can guide you on any necessary next steps.
-
Reviewed by your employer: If you've uploaded photo documentation during your submission process (i.e., scanned and uploaded or captured a photo), this means that your submission has gone directly to your employer for them to review.
How long these types of submissions stay in the "verifying" status depends entirely on how long it takes your employer to review the information you uploaded. If you have any questions on this timeline, please reach out to your HR team at your organization. The EverCheck Support team cannot approve, deny, or edit these submissions.
