If your license or certification verification fails, ensure your submitted details exactly match the board's primary source, including the license number with any prefixes, and license type. If your credential type isn't listed, contact HR. Photo submissions are reviewed by your employer, who approves or denies them in your EverCheck Wallet account.
Troubleshooting a Failed License Verification
If the license or certification you submitted could not be verified, please review the following troubleshooting steps to ensure your information matches the primary source requirements.
Verify Your License Details
To ensure a successful verification, your submitted details must match exactly what the board has listed for you.
1. Check the License Number: Does the license number you submitted match exactly what the board's primary source verification website has listed?
Note: This number might differ from what is listed on a physical copy of your credential.
Ensure any prefix listed on the board's website is included when submitting through your Wallet account.
2. Confirm the License Type: Does the license type match what the board has listed for you?
If the specific credential type you hold is not listed as a submission option in your Wallet account, please contact your internal HR team for further assistance.
Photo Submissions
If you submit a photo through your EverCheck Wallet account, rather than being verified by the EverCheck system, these submissions go directly to your HR team at your organization for their review.
Your employer looks over your upload to confirm things like expiration date, license number (if applicable), and if the image uploaded is correct and clear.
Once reviewed by your employer, they either approve or deny the upload, and the result is then shown in your Wallet account. If denied, you'll see the option to resubmit your credential.
