If the Licenses section in your EverCheck Wallet is empty, either you haven't submitted the required credentials, or you need to register your account with your employer. Check the Workplaces tab: if your organization isn't listed, resend the invitation to connect your profile; if it is listed, submit the requested credentials to have them appear in the Licenses section.
Empty Licenses Section
If you don’t see any credentials listed in the Licenses section of your EverCheck Wallet account, it means one of two things:
- You still need to submit the credentials that your employer is requesting from you. To do this, go to the EverCheck Wallet homepage of your account and select the Workplaces tab. From there, you can submit any credentials that are being requested from you.
- You need to register your EverCheck Wallet account with your employer.
Troubleshooting an Empty Licenses Section
To confirm which one of these cases applies to your account, check out the Workplaces section in your EverCheck Wallet account from the Wallet homepage.

Once in the Workplaces tab, if you do not see the name of the organization where you work listed, you need to connect your profile to your Wallet account.

If you do see the name of the organization where you work listed on this page, click on it to view the list of required licenses you need to submit via your EverCheck Wallet account.
Once you submit these credentials, they will show in the Licenses section of your account.
