EverCheck Wallet lets you view internal-transfer or prospective-role requirements through your existing account. Find them under Workplaces, review requirements, submit missing credentials, and monitor verification.
New role within your organization
If you've applied for an internal transfer or a new role with your organization, your employer may add that role to your EverCheck Wallet account as a Prospective Position.
You can use your current Wallet account to see which licenses, certifications, or registrations the new role requires and submit them. You don't need to create a second account.
Find your prospective position
- Sign in to EverCheck Wallet.
- Select Workplaces.
- Select your employer.
-
Open the Prospective Positions tab.
- Select the position, then expand Show requirements.
Prospective Positions vs. My Positions
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| My Positions | Positions you currently hold |
| Prospective Positions | Positions you're being considered for, such as an internal transfer |
Each position has its own requirements, set by your employer, and each one must be met separately. The new role may need different credentials than your current one.
Submit your credentials
Under Show requirements, you'll see which requirements are already met and which still need something from you.
Good news: Credentials already in your Wallet account may meet the new position's requirements automatically. You only need to submit credentials that are missing or need an update.
Depending on the credential, Wallet may ask you to:
- Enter the credential number exactly as it appears with the issuing authority, such as a state licensing board.
- Upload or take a photo of supporting documentation.
- Provide the expiration date.
- Upload the front and back of the credential. If your credential has no back, you may be asked to upload the front image twice.
Accepted file types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and PDF.
What happens after you submit
- Credentials that can be verified with the issuing authority go through EverCheck's verification process.
- Uploaded photos or scanned documents are sent to your employer for review.
- While a review is in progress, your submission may show a status of Verifying.
