Wallet communicates with candidates and employees via email notifications and in-app inbox messages. Emails are sent automatically for activities like registration, license verification, and employer approval or rejection. Inbox messages correspond to account activity and pair with verification emails. Invitation emails are sent multiple times up to 60 days, after which they expire. Notification emails come from notifications@evercheck.com and invitations from accounts@evercheck.com. Notification content is standardized and not customizable.
Wallet Notifications Overview
Wallet communicates with candidates and employees through two channels: email notifications and in-app inbox messages.
Email Notifications
EverCheck Wallet emails are sent automatically based on activity in your account. Each notification will include your employer's name and/or the relevant profession or license type.

Inbox Messages
When you log in to Wallet, you may see messages in your inbox. These correspond to activity on your account.

Email and Inbox: How They Work Together
For verification results (successful or unsuccessful), email notifications and inbox messages are paired — if you receive a verification email, you will also see a corresponding message in your Wallet inbox when you log in.
This pairing does not apply to invitation emails or successful registration emails.
All verification-related emails are sent as soon as a verification result is available.
Invitation Emails
Wallet invitation emails are sent automatically at 2, 5, 10, 25, 45, and 60 days after the initial invitation if the invitation has not yet been used.
Invitations expire after 60 days. If you click an expired invitation link, you will be automatically redirected to your organization's unique Wallet registration portal so you can still register your account.
Requirements Emails
If your requirements are not satisfied, Wallet will send notification emails automatically at 5, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120, 185, and 200 days after your start date.
Sender Addresses
To ensure Wallet emails reach your inbox, you may want to add these addresses to your trusted senders list:
