This guide explains how to update tracked credentials in your EverCheck Wallet account by signing in, selecting the Licenses tab, locating the credential, uploading a new image, entering required details, and submitting for HR review. Updating Your Tracked Credentials
In this guide, we'll review how to update credentials that are already being tracked in an EverCheck Wallet account.

Updating a Credential
Sign in to your EverCheck Wallet account using this link: EverCheck Wallet
Select the green Licenses tab on the home screen.

Locate the credential you wish to update.
If the credential is near expiration, click Update Now.
Otherwise, click the three dots on the credential tile and select Update.
Upload an image of your new credential and provide the required information.
Enter the expiration date using the format shown or select the calendar icon.
Enter the license number if applicable; otherwise, leave the field blank.
Click the Continue button.
When the confirmation pop-up appears, click Submit Now.
Once submitted, you will receive a success confirmation. Your submission is then pending review by your organization's HR team.

No Update Now Option for Credentials
Not every credential tracked in your account requires action. If you do not see an option to update, no action is needed in EverCheck Wallet for your renewal to be captured.
