Common Questions about EverCheck Wallet
What is EverCheck Wallet?
EverCheck Wallet is a Credentials Verification Organization. This means that the credentials that you submit or update are verified with the licensing board before they are a part of your employee record.
How are my credentials verified?
-
Verified by our system: For many licenses, EverCheck verifies with the licensing board automatically. This means that within about 24-48 hours of you submitting the LCR, you'll see an updated status.
Because this information comes directly from the board's website for these credentials, you won't see the option to update the credential in your account. Just renew your license with the board directly, and the updated expiration date will show in your account once the board reflects the new information on their verification website.
-
Reviewed by your employer: Some credentials submissions require your employer to review them before they're accepted as part of your employee record.
If you've uploaded any documentation during your submission process (i.e., scanned and uploaded or captured a photo), this means that your submission has gone directly to your employer for them to review.
