If you have trouble logging into EverCheck Wallet, ensure you have an invitation from your employer and have registered your account via the provided link. Check your spam for the invite email from accounts@evercheck.com or resend it. Use the correct login page and email (work or personal) used during registration. If you forget your password, reset it through the password reset link or use your Employee ID and last name to recover your login email.
Tips for Solving EverCheck Wallet Login Issues
If you are having trouble logging into your EverCheck Wallet account, please take a look at the following troubleshooting tips below.
Please note: To utilize EverCheck Wallet, you must be invited by your employer. If you do not have an invitation email from your employer, you will be unable to utilize the application at this time. The EverCheck team cannot make decisions regarding which employees are invited to use EverCheck Wallet.
1. You haven't registered your account:
a. The directions for registering your account can be found using the following link: Registering With EverCheck Wallet
b. If you can’t find the account registration email from your employer, please check your spam folder first, and if you still are unable to find it, you may resend your unique invitation link using this link: Resend EverCheck Wallet Invite
The invitation email will come from this email address: accounts@evercheck.com
c. If you receive an error message when attempting to resend your invitation, it could mean that you've already registered. Try signing in using your work or personal email address.
2. When signing in, EverCheck Wallet doesn't recognize your email address:
a. Make sure you’re logging in using this website link: EverCheck Wallet login page
b. The email you are trying to sign in with differs from the one you used when registering your account. Although EverCheck recommends registering with your personal email account, you may have registered with your work email where the invite was sent. Please try both email addresses.
3. You forgot your login email and/or password:
a. If you are unable to remember your account password and would like to reset it, you can do so using this password reset link: Password Reset Link
Or, you can click the Forgot username / password? button on the Wallet login page.
If you can't remember the email you used to register your account, please select Employee ID from the drop down menu. Please enter your Employee ID along with your last name, and click the Continue button.
