What Is a Workplace?

A workplace is an organization that uses EverCheck's software to verify and manage employee license compliance. You can view all your workplace information in the Workplaces section of your EverCheck Wallet account.

How Your Account Connects to a Workplace

Your EverCheck Wallet account connects to your workplace through the invitation you used when registering. For details on registration, see: Registering With EverCheck Wallet.

Important: If you have already registered your EverCheck Wallet account with your employer, you will not need to link or re-register your account with that organization.

If you'd like to update the email address on your account:

1. Log in using your original email address.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Update your email address there.

Organizations Listed in Your Account

Organizations shown in the Workplaces section can request and receive information from you through EverCheck Wallet.

Note: Workplaces will appear under the name of the organizational entity, not a specific hospital or facility within that organization.

How to Establish a Workplace Connection

If no workplace appears when you log in to Wallet, there is likely a pending invitation waiting to connect a new profile to your existing Wallet account.

To check for a pending invitation:

1. Go to the Resend Wallet Invitation page.
2. Check using your work email address.
3. If nothing appears, check again using your personal email address.
