Connecting EverCheck Wallet to Your Workplace

Workplace Connection

A workplace represents an organization you work with that utilizes EverCheck’s software to verify and manage employee license compliance. All workplace data is housed in the Workplaces section on your EverCheck Wallet dashboard.

The connection between your EverCheck Wallet account and your workplace is established with the invitation you used to register your Wallet account. For more information on this, please see this article: Registering With EverCheck Wallet

Please note: If you've already registered your EverCheck Wallet account with your employer, you won't need to link or re-register your account with that organization. If you'd like to update the email address associated with your account, you can do so in the Settings tab once logged in using the email address you originally used to set up your account.

Organization Listed in Your Account

Organizations that appear in the Workplaces section can request and receive information from you via EverCheck Wallet.

Please note: Workplaces typically appear as the name of the organizational entity rather than as a particular hospital or facility within the organization.
 

Establishing a connection to your Workplace

If you do not see any workplace when you log in to Wallet, it indicates that there is a pending invitation for EverCheck Wallet to connect a new profile that was created in our system to your existing Wallet account.

Note: When checking if there is a pending invite, please try both a personal and a work email.
