Once you submit or update licenses, certifications, and registrations (LCRs), EverCheck verifies them, showing status icons like Empty Circle (not submitted), Green Check Mark (verified), Verifying (in review), or Red X (failed). Verification can be automatic within 24-48 hours or require employer review, affecting the verification duration. For delays over 72 hours, contact support@evercheckwallet.com.
Submission Verification
Once you submit new or updates to your licenses, certifications, and registrations (LCRs), EverCheck works to verify the license. While verification is in progress, your license status will show as "Verifying" in the EverCheck Wallet.
You may notice icons showing the status of all requirements, including previously submitted licenses.
-
Empty Circle: This license has not yet been submitted.
-
Green Check Mark: Your license satisfies your position requirements and/or license verification requirements.
-
Verifying: This could mean that your license is still in review or needs a manual review.
-
Red X: Your license failed to submit, your license was not found, or an EverCheck Administrator rejected the license. For more information on this, please see this article: Verification Error Next Steps
Types of Verifications
-
Verified by our system: For many licenses, EverCheck verifies with the licensing board automatically. This means that within about 24-48 hours of you submitting the LCR, you'll see an updated status.
If your LCR has been in a verifying status for longer than 72 hours, please reach out to support@evercheckwallet.com, and the EverCheck Wallet Support team can guide you on any necessary next steps.
-
Reviewed by your employer: Some credentials submissions require your employer to review them before they're accepted as part of your employee record.
If you've uploaded any documentation during your submission process (i.e., scanned and uploaded or captured a photo), this means that your submission has gone directly to your employer for them to review.
How long these types of submissions stay in the "verifying" status depends entirely on how long it takes your employer to review the information you uploaded. If you have any questions on this timeline, please reach out to your HR team at your organization.
