To resolve verification issues, please check the following:
Check the Alphanumeric Code: Ensure the 21-24-digit alphanumeric combination has been entered exactly as it appears on your documentation.
Select the Correct Profession Type: The system requires a specific match for your credential type.
a. If you hold a Heart Code eCard, this eCredential number will not be verified if submitted under the RQI Provider eCredential option.
b. Ensure you select the option that matches your specific card type from the menu. If you don't see the RQI type that you hold listed as a submission option, please reach out to your internal HR team.
