This article explains the process for correcting incorrect information or images accidentally submitted during credential uploads in EverCheck Wallet. If an error is found, your employer will deny the submission, notify you, and you can then resubmit using the correct details by following specific steps within your EverCheck Wallet account.
License, Certification, or Registration (LCR) Submission
When updating a date-tracked License, Certification, or Registration (LCR) in your EverCheck Wallet account, you'll see the option to upload your credential using an image.
You will be asked to provide images of the front and back of your credential and the updated expiration date.
If your credential does not have a back, please submit the image of the front of your credential for both.
What Happens After an LCR is Submitted
Once submitted, this upload goes directly to your internal HR team at your organization for review.
If you accidentally submitted an LCR with an incorrect expiration date or image, your organization’s HR team will review the submission. They will identify the discrepancy and deny the incorrect upload.
Once denied by your organization, you will receive a notification allowing you to resubmit the task with the correct information.
