Wallet information is communicated to candidates and employees via emails and inbox messages to keep users informed about registration and credential compliance. Email notifications cover stages like registration invitations, verification results, and employer reviews, using standard templates. Inbox messages provide direct action links for submissions and resubmissions. Verification emails and inbox messages are synchronized and sent immediately from specified sender addresses.
Wallet Email Notifications
Email notifications cover various stages of the user journey, from initial setup to credential updates.
Invitation to complete registration: Sent to new users to start their account setup.
Successful Wallet registration: Confirms the account is active.
Successful LCR verification: Sent when a License, Certification, or Registration is verified.
Unsuccessful LCR verification: Notifies the user if a verification attempt fails.
LCR rejected by employer: Sent when a submission is reviewed and rejected on the Pending Credential Review (PCR).
LCR accepted by employer: Sent when a submission is reviewed and accepted on the PCR.
Automatic linking complete: Sent when a new profile links to an existing account; includes the username and a prompt to review new items.
Wallet invitations: These are resent automatically after 2, 5, 10, 25, 45, and 60 days. Invitations expire after 60 days; users clicking an expired link are redirected to the registration page.
Note: Wallet notification copy is not customizable. We use standard templates so all users receive the same notifications, with the exception of the employer or profession name.
Inbox Messages
Internal Wallet messages provide direct links to necessary actions:
i. Successful LCR verification
ii. Unsuccessful LCR verification
iii. Submit your license details: Click this message to go to the requirement list and submit outstanding LCRs.
iv. LCR rejected by employer: Includes a prompt to resubmit. It does not display the specific "reason" entered by the HR user.
Additional Information
i. Notification Sync: Verification emails and inbox messages have a 1:1 relationship. If a user gets an email for a successful verification, they will also see a matching inbox message.
ii. Timing: All verification emails are sent immediately once the result is available.
