The article explains that EverCheck Wallet displays license, certification, or registration (LCR) requirements as defined by your employer. Only the specified LCR types can be submitted, and EverCheck cannot override these requirements. If you believe another LCR should be accepted, you must contact your employer directly.
Position Requirements in EverCheck Wallet
If you don't hold the type of license, certification, or registration (LCR) being requested from you in your EverCheck Wallet account, please understand that the request to add that particular credential comes directly from your employer.
Your employer has carefully defined which LCRs are required for your specific role and provided that information to EverCheck.
Submission Options
In cases where multiple license types can satisfy a single requirement, Wallet will display all acceptable options—for example, showing that you may submit either an ACLS or a BLS if your employer allows it.
Please note that the provided LCR options that you see in your account are the only permissible types to satisfy your employer's requirements.
Once a requirement set has been satisfied by one license, if you would like to submit another assigned to the same group, you can submit another LCR via the Upload Additional Items button. When you click that, you will see all the options that can be submitted.
Important Note
EverCheck Wallet does not have the authority to override these requirements or to allow another LCR to be submitted instead of the one requested, as that is all determined by your employer.
If you do not hold the type of LCR being requested or believe you should have the option to submit another LCR type instead of the one requested, please contact your employer directly.
