Your employer sets the license, certification, and registration requirements in your EverCheck Wallet account. You can submit additional licenses beyond these requirements if your employer enables this option. To do so, log in, select your workplace, and upload the credentials. If a required credential is missing, contact your HR team. Submitted credentials undergo verification, and you will be notified if resubmission is needed.
Who defines the position requirements that I see in my EverCheck Wallet account?
Your employer sets up specific license, certification, and registration (LCR) requirements that you see in your account. The EverCheck team isn't able to make decisions or changes regarding which credentials you see listed as required for your role.
Submitting Additional Licenses or Certifications in EverCheck Wallet
In your EverCheck Wallet account, you may see the option to submit additional licenses that go beyond the minimum requirements for your role.
Here is how to submit any additional items your employer has enabled in your EverCheck Wallet account:
1. Sign in to EverCheck Wallet using this link: EverCheck Wallet login page
2. Select the Workplaces section in your Wallet account and then select your employer.
3. The option to upload additional items will be present for any requirement group with licenses that have not been submitted.
Important note: If you believe that a credential should be tracked in your account that isn't currently listed as a submission option here, please reach out to your internal HR team at your organization so they can review and make any necessary changes.
4. Here you will follow the prompts to enter your LCR details. The information that EverCheck Wallet asks for varies based on the specific LCR type. You may be asked to enter a license number and/or provide documentation.
5. Your LCRs have now been submitted for verification. However, this does not ensure that your workplace will accept your submission. If, for any reason, your LCR was rejected, you will receive a notification to resubmit your information.
