Your employer may allow you to obtain a license or certification after your start date, shown as a "To Be Obtained (TBO)" placeholder in your EverCheck Wallet. This placeholder is valid for a set time that's been determined by your employer, such as "License to be obtained within 365 days of hire date." You can update this placeholder by selecting "Update" from the three-dot menu, then following the prompts to submit your credential, which will then appear in the Licenses section of your account.
To Be Obtained (TBO) Credentials Explanation
Your new employer may give you the option to obtain a license or certification after your start date. When this occurs, a To Be Obtained (TBO) placeholder is reflected in your EverCheck Wallet account.
The To Be Obtained placeholder is valid until the designated amount of time that your employer has established has passed. For example, "License to be obtained within 365 days of hire date."
Updating an Existing TBO Credential
If the TBO credential is already showing in your Licenses section, you'll just need to update the To Be Obtained placeholder.
Once you've located the TBO placeholder in your Licenses section of your account, you can expand the three-dot menu and select Update.
After selecting Update, EverCheck Wallet will walk you through the process of submitting your credential.
Once you have submitted your credential information, the updates will be reflected in the EverCheck Wallet profile.
Submitting the initial TBO Credential
If the TBO credential is not showing in your Licenses tab, this means that it hasn't yet been added to your account. To add this credential, navigate to the Workplaces tab from the homepage of your EverCheck Wallet account.
From there, you'll see your organization and the list of submission options. You can select the TBO that's been assigned by your employer, and add that credential.
Once submitted, the credential will show in the Licenses section of your EverCheck Wallet account.
