Overview
If you don't have access to the email address associated with your account, follow the steps below based on your situation.
Scenario 1: You Haven't Registered Yet
If you have not yet registered for EverCheck Wallet and you don't have access to the email address your employer has on file for you:
- Contact your employer to confirm which email address they have on file.
- Request that they update it to an email address you can access.
- Once updated, return to EverCheck Wallet to complete registration.
Scenario 2: You're Registered and Remember Your Password
If you have already registered and can log in but need to update your email address:
- Log in to EverCheck Wallet using your current credentials (even if the email address is misspelled or incorrect).
- Navigate to the Settings tab in your account.
- Update your email address to one you can access.
- Save your changes.
Scenario 3: You're Registered but Forgot Your Password
If you have already registered, don't have access to your email address, and don't remember your password:
- Contact the EverCheck Wallet Support team.
- Support can manually reset your password.
- Once reset, log in and update your email address in the Settings tab.
