Can't Access Your Email Address? How to Update or Recover Your EverCheck Wallet Account

Overview

If you don't have access to the email address associated with your account, follow the steps below based on your situation.

Scenario 1: You Haven't Registered Yet

If you have not yet registered for EverCheck Wallet and you don't have access to the email address your employer has on file for you:

1. Contact your employer to confirm which email address they have on file.
2. Request that they update it to an email address you can access.
3. Once updated, return to EverCheck Wallet to complete registration.

Scenario 2: You're Registered and Remember Your Password

If you have already registered and but need to update your email address:

1. Log in to EverCheck Wallet using your current credentials (even you no longer have access to the email address, or if the email address is misspelled or incorrect).
2. Navigate to the Settings tab in your account.
3. Update your email address to one you can access.
4. Save your changes.

Scenario 3: You're Registered but Forgot Your Password

If you have already registered, don't have access to your email address, and don't remember your password:

1. Contact the EverCheck Wallet Support team.
2. Support can manually reset your password.
3. Once reset, log in and update your email address in the Settings tab.

Scenario 4: You Accidentally Registered with an Incorrect Email Address

If you have registered with an old email that you can no longer access, a misspelled email, or an incorrect address:

1. If you remember your password, log in to EverCheck Wallet using your current credentials (even you no longer have access to the email address, or if the email address is misspelled or incorrect).
2. Navigate to the Settings tab in your account.
3. Update your email address to one you can access.
4. Save your changes.
