Invitations are sent via email for registration and activation. After signing in at evercheckwallet.com, you can view tasks and credential requirements in your inbox. Missing or incorrect credentials should be reported to your business segment administrator.

The EverCheck Wallet platform allows you to manage and track the professional licenses, registrations, and certifications (LCRs) that your employer requests from you in one secure location.
Getting Started with Your Account
Invitations are being sent by your organization to the email address that your employer has on file.
Registration Email: If your position at your organization requires licensure to be tracked, you will receive an automated invitation
Activation: This email will include a secure link to register your account and begin managing your credentials.
How to Use EverCheck Wallet
If you are required by Kaiser to submit or update a credential, you'll see a message in your EverCheck Wallet Inbox.
Step 1: Sign in to your EverCheck Wallet account
Visit evercheckwallet.com and click the Sign in button. Enter your login credentials.
Step 2: Click on the task within your inbox to view the requirements that your organization has established for you. The name of the workplace requesting this information appears under the task.
How to View Your Required Credentials
To see which credentials your employer requires you to submit, follow these steps:
Log in to your account.
Tap the blue Workplaces tab to see the submission options or the green Licenses tab to view the credentials that are already being tracked in your account.
Missing a credential?
If a specific credential isn't listed, your organization has not marked it as a requirement for your current position.
If you believe a requirement is missing or incorrect, please contact your business segment administrator so they may make any necessary changes or updates to the position requirements established for your role.
