If you receive an error using the EverCheck Wallet "Resend Invitation" option, check three things: ensure your role requires licensure tracking, verify if you already have an account using the "Forgot Username/Password" link, and confirm your email address is current. If your email changed, use your organization’s unique Invitation Portal to set up your account. For guidance, refer to the Wallet Invitation Portal article.
Resend Invitation Error Message
If you received an error message after using the Resend Invitation option on the EverCheck Wallet login page, here are three things to double-check:
1. Confirm Your Role’s Requirements
EverCheck Wallet is specifically designed for roles that require licensure tracking. If your current position does not require tracked credentials, an invitation will not be generated for you.
Need a change? If you believe your credentials should be tracked, or if you have questions regarding your eligibility, please contact your organization’s HR team directly.
2. Check for an Existing Account
You may have already completed your registration in the past. To verify if you already have an active account, try using the Forgot Username / Password link. If an account exists under your email, you will receive instructions to regain access.
3. Verify Your Email Address
If your email address has changed since your initial onboarding, the "Resend" feature may not recognize your new contact info.
The Solution: You can still set up your account by using your organization’s unique Invitation Portal.
