If you receive an error after using the EverCheck Wallet "Resend Invitation" option, check if your role requires licensure tracking or if you already have an account by using the "Forgot Username / Password" link. For email typos, log in with the incorrect email, update it in Settings, and save. Once registered, your account is automatically linked to your employer without needing re-registration.
Resend Invitation Error Message
If you received an error message after using the Resend Invitation option on the EverCheck Wallet login page, here are two things to check:
1. Confirm Your Role’s Requirements
EverCheck Wallet is specifically designed for roles that require licensure tracking. If your current position does not require tracked credentials, an invitation will not be generated for you.
Need a change? If you believe your credentials should be tracked, or if you have questions regarding your eligibility, please contact your organization’s HR team directly.
Important note: The EverCheck team cannot make decisions regarding who is invited to use EverCheck Wallet. Your invitation is determined only by your employer.
2. Check for an Existing Account
You may have already completed your registration in the past.
To verify if you already have an active account, try using the Forgot Username / Password link. If an account exists under your email, you will receive instructions to regain access.
Registration FAQs
Correcting a typo in your email address: If you accidentally registered with a misspelled or incorrect email address, it's an easy fix:
Log in using the incorrect email address and the password you created.
Go to the Settings tab in your account.
Correct your email address here and save the changes. Your account is now registered to the email address you updated.
Connecting to Your Employer Once registered, your account is completely set up. You will not need to re-register or manually "link" your account to your employer.
