The EverCheck Wallet Help Center allows users to browse topics, search articles, or submit requests without signing in. Signing in creates a separate Support Portal account, distinct from an EverCheck Wallet account. However, signing in the Help Center is optional, and requests submitted without an account are handled equally.
Welcome to the EverCheck Wallet Help Center!
On the landing page of the Help Center, you'll see the option to browse by topic, search for an article related to your question, or submit a request to our team.
Next to the submit a request option, there is the option to Sign In to the Help Center.
Do I Need to Sign In to the Wallet Help Center?
No — signing in to the EverCheck Wallet Help Center is optional.
You do not need to sign in or create a Support Portal account to get help or submit a request through the EverCheck Wallet Help Center.
Anyone can browse articles and submit a request without creating an account or logging in.
About Support Portal Accounts
Support Portal accounts are separate from EverCheck Wallet accounts
Selecting Sign in to Help Center creates a Support Portal account — this is different from your EverCheck Wallet account. The two use separate login credentials:
- Support Portal account – used to track your Help Center requests
- EverCheck Wallet account – used to log in to the EverCheck Wallet website itself
Why create a Support Portal account?
A Support Portal account is optional. Creating one is not required to submit a request, but it offers some benefits.
Once you're signed in, you can:
- See the status of every request you've submitted (open, pending, solved, etc.)
- Look back at past requests and our responses without having to search through your email
- Add follow-up comments directly to an existing request instead of starting a new one
Submitting a Request Without Signing In
If you'd rather not sign in, you can still reach us directly by selecting the green Submit a request option in the upper right corner. Then, fill out the form with your information and details about your issue and submit.
Your request will be received and handled by our support team the same way as any other request — signing in doesn't change how quickly or thoroughly it's handled.
