There are three ways to communicate Wallet information with candidates and employees: emails, push notifications, and inbox messages.
Wallet Email Notifications
- Invitation to complete registration
- Successful Wallet registration
- Successful License Certification or Registration (LCR) verification
- Unsuccessful LCR verification
- LCR rejected by employer: When a candidate or employee submits an LCR that is reviewed and rejected on the Pending Credential Review (PCR).
- LCR accepted by employer: When a candidate or employee submits an LCR that is reviewed and accepted on the PCR.
- Requirements not satisfied: When a candidate or employee has outstanding position requirements. Reminder emails will be sent after 5 days after the “requirements assigned” date, 15 days after the “requirements assigned” date 30 days after the “requirements assigned” date, and then a final notice will be sent 60 days after the “requirements assigned” date.
- Automatic linking complete: When a new profile is automatically linked to a professional's existing Wallet account. The notification will include the username and will explain that there are new items that require their attention in Wallet.
- Wallet invitations: These are automatically resent at a frequency of 2, 5, 10, 25, 45, and 60 days after the initial invitation date. Wallet invites will expire if not used within 60 days. If a user tries to access an expired Wallet invitation link, they will automatically be directed to the invitation portal to access their Wallet account registration page.
Wallet notification copy is not customizable at this time. We use email template notifications so all users, regardless of the employer, receive the same notifications. The only piece that is customized is the employer name and/or the profession name of the license.
Push notifications
- Successful LCR verification
- Unsuccessful LCR verification
- Notification if Requirements not satisfied: When a candidate or employee has outstanding position requirements. Notifications will populate after 5 days from first registration, 15 days from registration, 30 days from registration, and then every 30 days from there.
Inbox messages
- Successful LCR verification
- Unsuccessful LCR verification
- Submit your license details: A clickable message that will send candidates or employees to the requirement list where they can submit any outstanding LCRs.
- LCR rejected by employer: When a candidate or employee submits an LCR that is reviewed and rejected on the PCR. Includes a prompt to resubmit and does not contain the "reason" entered by the HR user who completed the review on the PCR.

(This does not apply for the Wallet invitation or successful registration emails.)
- All verification emails are sent as soon as we have the verification result.
