If you don’t see any credentials listed in the Licenses tab of your Wallet account, it could mean one of two things:
- You have outstanding position requirements that need to be fulfilled.
- You need to connect your profile to your Wallet account.
To confirm which one of these cases applies to your account, check out your workplaces page.
If you do not see the name of the hospital or organization you work for listed on this page, you need to connect your profile to your Wallet account. Please use this link to resend a Wallet invitation link that can be used to connect your profile to your Wallet account.
If you do see the name of the hospital or organization you work for listed on this page, click on it to view the list of required licenses you need to submit via your EverCheck Wallet account.
Please write to us at support@evercheckwallet.com if you are unable to resend your registration invitation.
Once your registration has been completed, you will be able to view and upload any licensure being requested by your employer.
