A “workplace” represents an organization you work with that utilizes EverCheck’s software to verify and manage employee license compliance. All workplace data is housed in the “Workplaces” app on your EverCheck Wallet dashboard.
The connection between your EverCheck Wallet account and your workplace is established with the invitation you used to register your Wallet account.
Organizations that appear in the Workplaces app are able to request and receive information from you via EverCheck Wallet.
Note: Workplaces typically appear as the name of the organizational entity rather than as a particular hospital or facility within the organization.
Re-establishing a connection to your workplace
If you do not see any workplace when you log in to Wallet, it may indicate there is another pending invitation for Wallet to connect a new profile that was created in our system to your existing Wallet account.
You must go through the account linking process to connect the new profile to your existing Wallet account. Check here to see if you have an active invitation that can be used to link your account. (Note: when checking if there is a pending invite, please try both a personal and work email )
