What do I do if I forgot my login email and/or password?

Unsuccessful logging into your EverCheck Wallet account? The problem might be your password!

EverCheck Wallet can send a password reset link to the email address associated with your existing EverCheck Wallet account. To use this feature, navigate to the EverCheck Wallet sign-in page and click ‘Forgot username/password?’. 

If the email you entered is not recognized by the system, then that particular email address is not associated with any active EverCheck Wallet account. As a best practice, try both your personal and work email addresses. If neither email is recognized, it may be because you haven’t registered your account. 

Click ‘Return to sign in’ and select ‘Resend invitation.’ Again, try both your work and personal email address if needed.
