Getting Notified of Upcoming Renewals

One great feature of EverCheck Wallet is that the app sends you friendly reminders when your license comes due for renewal.

We'll notify you 30, 15, 5, and 1 day before the expiration date for all licenses, certifications, and registrations that EverCheck Wallet has on record for you. If you happen to allow it to elapse, we'll also send you an email a day after it expires.

Email reminders

These are delivered to the email address on record within EverCheck Wallet. Currently, there's no way to "opt-out" in your notification settings.

Another important thing to note is that your employer may also have requested that EverCheck send renewal reminders on their behalf. These emails would be delivered separately from the notifications you get from the EverCheck Wallet app, and may also come at a different frequency (your employer determines how often they want us to deliver these).

Either way, as soon as EverCheck detects a new expiration date listed with the board or you provide an update manually in the app, we'll stop sending them.

Push notifications

If you've downloaded the EverCheck Wallet app for your mobile device, then you're automatically registered to receive push notifications for renewal reminders, as well. Push notifications appear as badges on your home screen. If you would like to opt-out of these notifications, open your app, and select "Settings."

Under Notifications, you'll see a toggle for "Expiration" and one for "Verification." Toggle them on or off depending on your preference.

  • Expiration: reminds you of upcoming license renewals.
  • Verification: alerts you when your license has successfully or unsuccessfully verified.
