How will I know that my workplace received my provider application?

Prior to your application submission, a task will appear in your inbox to complete an initial and/or reappointment application.  

Once you’ve submitted your application, the task will no longer appear in your inbox. If you have any questions or concerns about the receipt of your application, please contact your employer’s Medical Staff Office directly.
