How to reset a requirement in EverCheck Wallet

Follow the steps below to properly reset a requirement in EverCheck Wallet. 
Please note: This option is only available in the web-based version of EverCheck Wallet, not in the mobile application.

  1. After signing into your account via desktop, select the Workplaces app on your dashboard. 

  2. Next, click tasks.

  3. Navigate to the My Positions tab.

  4. Then, select the requirement you would like to reset.

  5. Select the three-dot menu.

  6.  Click the Reset section button.

  7. Resubmit the credential.
